With the branding and launch of EPOCH Student Housing we were struck with the challenge of marketing a property and brand that was literally still being constructed. With an authentic, down to earth yet upscale voice, we leveraged the unique location of being directly on the lake with the unique academic focused amenities that EPOCH offers. This led to 100% occupancy before the property even opened and between the product and it’s unique voice it has maintained this occupancy rate to date.
